ARTWORK DESCRIPTIONS AND REPRESENTATION

Center and its Associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Center does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The artwork description and details are provided by artists and Center bare no responsibility in its accuracy. You understand and agree that Center uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of original artworks accurately via this website. However, because individual computer monitors may display colors differently and due to the conditions of photography and digital transferring of images, Center is not responsible for the color accuracy of any original artwork displayed on this website and disclaims all liability in this regard.

 

RETURN
If You are purchasing art through our Center website, you have a ten day customer acceptance period to ensure your complete satisfaction with the artwork. You can return artwork to the seller within this period. If You decide to do so, you will have to ship it back to the artist at your expense including insurance through the shipping company. Center follows up to confirm that the seller received the art in the same condition as it was originally shipped, and then we refund the purchase amount to you.

 

PURCHASES OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

You may purchase original artworks that are listed on Center website. When you purchase such an original artwork from a current physical exhibition while it is open, through Center website, you are purchasing the work from Center or its Associates and not from the artist. When a physical exhibition, for purchase inquiries Center will connect you to the artist and You may purchase directly from the artist. The Prices for original artworks will be as specified on the applicable listing. Center and/or its third party service providers or Associates will collect your billing and shipping information and process your payment. 2D Artworks will be shipped generally without framing or matting. Large 2D artworks will be generally shipped rolled in tubes. 2D artworks on canvas will be shipped rolled in tubed without being stretch on a frame. Free shipment generally does not include insurance or any special options. If You have any special request regarding the shipment of the artwork you have to inform us in the Order Form. Any special request might raise the shipment/handling charges. Free shipment is only available for North America. For international shipment Center processes Your request and get back to you about the detail of payments.

    

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for artworks on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself suggested by the artists including tax and basic handling/shipping charges. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is different than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

 

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

All items purchased/acquired from Center are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items pass to You upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

PARTICIPATING IN EXHIBITIONS

Submitting artwork to any of Center’s exhibition requires agreeing to terms and conditions set forth in that particular exhibition’s Call to Artists and set forth in our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Center may rescind the right of displaying any art misrepresented or unsuitably presented and may change the conditions if necessary.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Center or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Center grants You a limited permission to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Center.
